CI Baddies

Chronically Ill, Sorry Not Sorry

Built for low spoons and brain fog — every flow assumes today might be a hard day, and loves you through it anyway.

Designed by a chronically ill baddie, for chronically ill baddies. Every flow assumes a hard day is possible — and none of them will punish you for having one.

7 days free, card required — then $8.99/mo. No waitlist, no pressure. It's live — subscribe and come as you are.

Zero-spoon days welcome

Bad day? You don't have to explain it.

No forms, no typing, no thinking required. If you can tap your phone, you can use CI Baddies.

Log Symptom

Tap, don't type. One gentle check-in that takes seconds — even mid-flare, even mid-fog.

Log Med

One big friendly button. Did you take it? Tap yes and move on with your day.

Rest Tool

A soft place to land. Guided rest, breathing, or simply permission to stop for a while.

Built for the days you have nothing left

No streak to keep, no chart to fill in, no dashboard to maintain. A check-in is a few taps, and your battery works itself out from there — nothing else asks for your energy.

Inside the app

Everything a chronically ill baddie needs

This is your whole chart, not another tracker — meds, symptoms, spoons, and every doctor-visit scrap finally in one soft home, plus a battery that fills itself in. Gentle tools, one cozy space, and zero guilt when life gets loud: no streaks yelling at you, no "good job" pressure, just your real life kept gently — and kept yours.

Medication Tracker

Meds are one tap, not a form. Morning, noon, evening & night boxes hold exactly your meds — tap the right box and it's a yes, with a gentle “not today” + why for any single med. PRN doses, infusions and injections log in a tap too, and weekly/monthly meds surface on their due day, zero guilt for missed doses.

How it works: Meds tab → tap the box that matches the time of day → done, and it lands on your Today timeline. Your history builds itself for doctor visits.

Symptom Check-ins

Ten body-system sections, not a 1–10 pain box. Pain, energy & brain fog, heart & autonomic, gut, sleep, temp & skin, sensory, mood & nerves, breathing and beyond — turn on what fits your conditions, skip the rest, and your patterns surface without demanding brainpower.

How it works: Check-in tab → open the sections that fit you → drag sliders, tap toggles → save. Done in under a couple minutes, even mid-flare. Heart rate, blood pressure, temp, O2 saturation & weight spot-checks live there too — log one whenever you want.

Doctor Notes

Walk in with appointment-ready summaries pulled from your own check-ins and med history. Never blank on “so how have you been?” again.

How it works: your check-ins, med log, and vitals auto-compile into a printable summary to share with your provider.

Rest Space

A cozy corner for bad days — guided 3-4-5 breathing (inhale 3, hold 4, exhale 5) built for limited lung capacity, plus validating affirmations with zero toxic positivity.

How it works: Today tab → Rest Tool → follow the breathing circle. Permission to stop, always included.

A battery that keeps itself

Your energy, computed — no manual counting, no spoons to spend. Your battery rises and falls from the energy and fatigue sliders you already tap, nudged by your vitals, your appointments, and one morning tap for how you woke up.

How it works: you check in, and the battery does the arithmetic — and shows its work, so it never feels like a black box. One tap a day keeps it honest, and it feeds straight into the Rest Tool.

Notes for you, or for your doctor

Jot what you don't want to forget — inside the check-in, right where you already are. Private by default: nobody sees a note until you decide otherwise, and no guilt for a blank box.

How it works: Check-in tab → the notes box → type (or don't). One tap flips a note to “shared”, and it flows into your doctor note and your caregiver view. Every past note is browsable in Chart, tagged shared or private.

Spoons, spoken here

Zero to fifty, and zero is a full stop — not a failure. CI Baddies still speaks spoons because we do; it just never asks you to count, spend, or justify one.

How it works: nothing to set up. Your energy number is read from what you already logged, and spoon days you saved earlier are kept — never deleted, never graded.

Whole day at a glance

Today is your whole day in one calm list — check-ins, every med you took (box doses, PRN, infusions, injections, scheduled “done” taps), and a weather flare heads-up, merged oldest → newest like a doctor's snapshot. No hunting across tabs to remember what happened.

How it works: Today tab → scroll the day arc. Each row is one thing you logged, with its time; tap a check-in to fix it, tap a med to untake it. The day tells its own story.

Imagine it: your whole chart — every portal message, every test, every med — in one calm document at the appointment. No blanking, no scrambling.

Take the tour

Peek inside before you pay

Peek inside before you pay, baddie — and yes, we put the good stuff first, because your spoons aren't for scrolling. Ten more rooms in the house, all live in the app today. No secrets, no fine print: if it's listed here, it exists — and if you're in, it's all yours.

One-stop doctor report

One tap turns your notes into a full chart — diagnoses, every med with its dose and “for POTS” reason, tests with results, plus symptom averages, worst days, and recent vitals across 7, 14, or 30 days. Walk in ready, never blank.

How it works: Chart tab → log diagnoses and tests, then Doctor note → pick 7, 14, or 30 days → Generate. Diagnoses, meds, tests, vitals and movement are always included; check-ins cover your chosen range. Copy it into the portal or print it as a PDF.

Care-team directory

Every doctor in one place — phone, fax, email, and address saved next to who they are and how they treated you, each one rated 1–5 for “Listened to me” and 1–5 for “Would avoid”, with your own note. Tap a name and their whole story opens: ratings, note, and every visit, past and upcoming.

How it works: Chart tab → Care team → tap a provider to see their contact block and visit history, each appointment labeled Past or Upcoming. “Add appointment for this doctor” pre-fills the prep form.

Flare pattern spotting

After a few check-ins, CI Baddies starts noticing the shape of your flare days — fatigue trending up, your toughest symptom, how often crashes show up. Patterns from your own data, never presented as verdicts.

How it works: it sits at the top of your Check-in tab. Log 3 check-ins and the first patterns gather — fatigue averages, worst symptom, crash-day rhythm, even cycle-day timing.

Tests & diagnoses log

Every lab, scan, and diagnosis in one calm list — date, result in your own words, and the doctor who ordered it. No normal/abnormal boxes, no guesswork.

How it works: Chart tab → Tests log or Diagnoses → add an entry with its date and result. They flow straight into your one-stop doctor report, newest first.

Messages & calls log

Every portal message and phone call with your care team in one calm list — what was discussed, what was decided, and what you're following up on. Never lose a “per my last message” moment again.

How it works: Chart tab → Messages & calls → pick the date and doctor, tap Portal message or Phone call, and jot the subject and outcome. They flow straight into your one-stop doctor report, newest first.

Appointment prep checklist

Every visit gets its own prepped card — date, a free-typed time like 2:30 PM, in-person or virtual (meeting link kept right there when it's online), and a checklist of what to bring and ask. Upcoming visits line up soonest first with a countdown like “in 3 days”. Nothing lives only in your pre-appointment brain.

How it works: Chart tab → Appointment prep → pick a date, type a time, tap In person or Virtual, and pick suggested items like “Bring labs” or “Ask about meds”, add your own, save. Your visits line up below, soonest first, with an “in 3 days” countdown.

Insurance paper trail

Every bill, appeal, and denial in one calm list. Log date, amount, provider, and status — Billed, Appealed, Paid, or Denied — so the trail never disappears into a pile.

How it works: Chart tab → Insurance tracker → log each claim with its status. The count chips up top show where everything stands at a glance.

Caregiver read-only view

Hand your phone to someone who loves you. A read-only page shows today's meds, today's check-ins, your worst symptom, and today's energy — nothing to edit, nothing to break.

How it works: Chart tab → Share with caregiver → a read-only page opens on this device. They see the essentials; you stay in control.

Electrolytes, fluids & cycle day

The practical stuff gets real logging, still one tap at a time — water in ounces, electrolytes taken, cycle day if you track it, and mobility aid use.

How it works: Check-in tab → Daily Management → tap toggles and +/− counters. Electrolyte packets top out at 4, and cycle day is optional (1–35, skip at 0).

Movement log

Walks, stretches, PT, or anything that counts as moving — logged in one tap, no goals, no streaks, no step counts. Every walk counts, even the short ones.

How it works: Check-in tab → Movement → tap Walk, Stretch, PT, or Other, add minutes or a note if you like, and log. Timestamps handle themselves, and recent entries flow straight into your doctor note.

The Manual, inside the app

Every tab explained in plain words, one box per topic, plus a searchable FAQ — how the battery reads your day, what each chip does, who can see your notes, and how to reach a real person if something looks wrong.

How it works: 📖 The Manual is the fifth tab, next to Chart. Tap a box to open it, ✕ Close to shut it, and search the FAQ by any word.

One tap from your home screen

CI Baddies lives in your browser, but you can plant it on your home screen for one-tap access — like an app, minus the app store. No icon-hunting when you're already running on empty.

How it works: the Today tab walks you through it — iPhone: Safari Share button (square with arrow) → Add to Home Screen. Android: Chrome ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen. Do it once and it's always there.

Clinical apps count your failures; this one keeps your life gently. That's the difference — and that's the whole point.
